Kevin Wyatt has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry.  After 7 successful years working as an agent for Travelers Insurance, Kevin chose to specialize in home mortgages.  He has worked in the home mortgage industry for nearly 10 years.  For the past 5 years Kevin Wyatt has served as a senior loan officer for our sister company Principal Mortgage.     

I would like to put my experience and knowledge to work for you.  In my many years of service, I have found that there is no substitute for listening to the needs of the client.  I will help my clients find the right mortgage product and assist in closing the loan in a professional and timely manner.
